Keith from Air Today was awesome! He came and diagnosed my issue and explained the problem to me clearly and concisely and even got the manufacturer to offer a credit toward the repair costs since it was a large and costly component. The fee for his diagnosis visit was full waived even though he had to wait for the parts to come in before starting the work (2 separate visits). Keith was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with in getting our HVAC back up and running.
