Aicha did my hair really nicely, in fact it looked just like the picture I gave her. I am a satisfied customer and will refer all my friends to her. I'll definitely be getting my hair braided here again real soon!

We had an appointment for 9:30 a.m. when we got to the business the it was under construction there was absolutely no phone numbers or text messaging or anything where you could get a hold of anybody I would not use this business.

DO NOT GO HERE. Prices are ridiculous. Charged my daughter almost $400....(yes I said $400) because she is a young adult and didn't know any better for twists (yes I said twists not microbraids). When my daughter got there she said it was going to be $400 but all my daughter had was $370. She charged her $250 in the past for the exact same twists but she said due to Covid, the length of the braids (same length she got in the past at this place) and "the type of hair" it would be more this time. My daughter got dropped off and was already there, so she paid it. Had she let us know she was going to charge $400 beforehand we of course would have said absolutely not and went somewhere else, there are probably hundreds of shops in this area. Waiting until an existing customer (or even a new customer for that matter) gets there to inform them you jacked up the price $150 is beyond unprofessional and totally inexcusable. My daughter texts her several times before her appointment to confirm that it was going to be $250 but coincidently her texts were ignored. My daughter got hustled.... period. I don't see how you drain a young person's bank account just starting out in life with a little job trying to do the right thing and sleep well at night.........People are paying you for a competitive service NOT to pay your bills because you can't manage your money properly.

I just had my box braids done by Cherrelle today and not only is she a beast at braiding but she has the sweetest demeanor and excellent professionalism. I will definitely be going back to her.
