Customer service was a 5 ! I am a new customer as of today, Lily/Lillian was so friendly and extremely helpful! It ended up getting very busy and she handled the situation perfectly! The interior itself could definitely use an update, but the beds seem nice!

I recently joined Ultra Tan and really like this location. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's very clean. I switch between a regular bed and the bronzing bed and haven't had any issues.
