Palmetto Primary Care Physicians: Crowfield Office

I like this doctor’s office a lot. The nurses and doctors are wonderful. Unfortunately, the older women who always works the front desk is very unpleasant and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable every visit I’ve had. My visit today was so bad that when the nurse took me back she commented on how high my heart rate was. The front desk women had left me so anxious it was noticeable so I was honest. The nurse helping me was amazing and made me feel comfortable again. I just notice a lot of your bad reviews are about the women at the front desk making patients uncomfortable. So it is a reoccurring issue. Thank you. My visit was great otherwise.

Overall, the nurses and nurse practitioners were fantastic, kind and caring! The office was very clean and well maintained.

HOWEVER, Kerry (or however you spell it) was beyond rude! She told us we had a copay so I handed her my card before my husband realized we shouldn’t have a copay. He showed her on the insurance website where it says we shouldn’t have a copay and she shoves my card towards me, rolls her eyes and snarkily says “well when you get a bill in the mail you have to pay it”. We got nothing but attitude and rudeness from this lady and it was completely uncalled for! Front desk representative was extremely rude, got mad at me as well after I explained that an annual doctors visit is covered under my insurance and that i didn’t have a co pay.
