JR and Middle Branch Roofing were great to work with. It was zero pressure sales. Very consultative and provided me with product and cost options without any pressure. There was no if you sign today…Then they took it a step further and did most of the work to get me approved for a grant that paid $6k. Grant money was immediately deducted from the total cost. No waiting.Roof looks fantastic and their team did a great job with clean up.I highly recommend.
The whole experience from beginning to end has been EXCELLENT! Communication was not always prompt but extenuating circumstances beyond their control impacted that. In the end - the roof was completed as outlined essentially in one day and it was a pleasure working with them. Knowledge able about the safe home program as well. Would definitely recommend
