This experience succeeded my expectations, the loctician was very personable and explained a lot about my hair to me and what i can expect. She acknowledged my fears and reassured me that I would love this journey. This was a very quick process I thought I would've been sitting much longer than I did but NOPE, she knows and loves what she is doing. I loved the outcome
