Exceptional customer service. Thomas had my air conditioner working in no time and even took my trash out ( no extra charge lol) Will be using Acute Heating and Air in the future!!
Acute installed my new mini-split system. They removed the old system and put in the new one in about an 2 hours. I had to have some electrical work done so they came back and started the system several days after installation. They are upfront with their pricing and their attention to detail made the whole thing rather painless.
My 15 year-old AC died during the latest heatwave and they were able to come out same day and diagnose the problem.
They let me borrow a small AC unit for a room so I could survive in my house until they were able to come replace the my dead AC.
The crew was very nice and very helpful answering any questions I might have had. They were able to get it done in under 8 hours and I was back to a chilly house that night.
Would definitely recommend and they will be keeping my business!
