Chris Neef did part of the job, said it was finished, then we found out it doesn't work. Said he would come complete it, but have heard nothing but excuses (divorce, car accident, heart attack, funeral, and more). Won't return calls or texts. I am on hold with my credit card company and filing a dispute as I type this.
