During a very busy time for them, they sent a crew out to take a look at my sewage lift station (residential). Crew found the problem and suggested various solutions to the situation. No high pressure sales talk, no "you gotta do it our way or disaster will happen" attitude, only good, solid honest conversation. Being able to explore different avenues to a solution is very much appreciated.

After a few phone calls to other companies and no return call I called Lucas. He answered the phone and we scheduled a time to have him pump our tank. He was on time and courteous. He explained our system and thing we could do to maintain our tank in order to avoid costly repairs down the road. VERY good experience despite the "crappy" situation ?
