The only thing that I don't think the Sport Clips model does well at (which this may just be due to demand) is that sometimes there are so many folks on deck that the stylists may be tempted to rush or not take their time with the client at hand before moving on to the next. There could be optimizations made to the way in which time is allocated for cuts for stylists so that they do not feel rushed and ensure a top cut for each individual every time. Stormy has never had this issue, but when she has been out I have experienced this from other stylists at this and other locations. Also, If you offered the ability to book a stylist for a standing appointment like bi, tri, or quad weekly on a particular day and time (provided they offer that availability) would be an excellent feature to add as I know myself and many others would take advantage of this option to ensure we always have the right stylist every time.“
