We are thoroughly impressed by the honesty, hard work and dedication to find out what was wrong with our unit and so thankful Childers was able to make repairs so quickly. I hope we don’t need them again for a long time but we 10/10 recommend!
Lane Champion came out on 4/19/26 and was prompt and on time when he said he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it timely. He was pleasant and very informative technician. He helped us set up our yearly maintenance plan. We would recommend Childers to others and would recommend Lane as the technician. Thank you
Owen is fantastic at what he does!! I had an issue after hours where my AC was not cooling, making my home a super uncomfortable 82 degrees. He came out quickly, found the issue, and solved my problem within an hour or so of being here. I’ve had him come out to my home last year because the water pan in my unit was full of water and leaking down onto my ceiling. He removed 30 GALLONS from it and solved the issue then too! He’s very knowledgeable, personable, and has saved the day twice now! Thank you Owen for all that you do!!
