Clean Sweep responded back to my message within 24 hours and had someone to my house for an inspection within 48 hrs from their return call. Whitney in the office was very courteous and was kind enough to go into more detail with me about their inspection levels. When the tech was running behind, they sent me a text to keep me posted. Jeffrey was our tech. He was knowledgeable and was kind enough to work with us to get something fixed during the inspection to ensure we would be able to use our fireplace during the upcoming ice storm. Soon after the purchase of our fixer-upper house, one major surprise we encountered was a leak down the chimney to our kitchen fireplace during every deluge, as well as a draft on windy days. Clean Sweep's crew, headed by a kind fellow named Garrett, was so quick to help right away.We learned that our chimney crown was cracked and in need of cleaning and resealing. Jeremy knows his stuff and did a great job. I own an historic type old house that has an old style coal burning fireplace. It had been unused for maybe 70 years and the chimney was way too expensive to reline. But I discovered unvented gas coal baskets are now available. Glenco is a distributor for Hargrove which makes such a coal basket. Anyway, it looks great and makes me so happy to see my fireplace come back to life. At glenco talk to dalton.
