They shrank an expensive shirt of mine that was my favorite shirt, which I’ve dry cleaned a few times already, and instead of accepting responsibility they said it was the company’s problem and they blamed the fabric.So unless you want your stuff ruined with no recourse, I’d go somewhere else.
The couple who own the shop gave me the best service. I shopped several dry cleaners close to Waxhaw, before I gave my business here. They were friendly, professional and helped me carry my clothes. Definitely going back there.
Very rude no idea of customer service.Try to ask for other services and price and the owner had no idea of how to talk to customers. There is a lot more options out there with better people. Not a good business model.
