Presnell's helped with our above-garage gameroom build-out. The owner and his team were reliable, professional, and thoughtful - always remembering that a family will be using the room. They gave suggestions and helped strategize how to make the room usable/comfortable. Services provided include tying into the current HVAC and installing two vents in the room, adding LED lights, electrical outlets, light switches, installing fan bracket and also setting up the fan (a HUGE help), as well as figuring out how to light a tricky closet space.
