10/10 I came on Friday and I’m so happy I stumbled upon this location ! Customer service was out of this world ! You guys rock ! I’ll be back at this location for any Minor inconvenience I have with my vehicle because I know I will be made fully aware of what’s going on step by step ! The staff is remarkable ! Thank you to the staff ! I didn’t have to step out of my car for a thing ! Super convenient ! Super affordable ! Super fast !
Tech removed items from my glove compartment and did not put them back but left them in the floor of the car. The lug nut lovk was left in the console and not returned to where it was. Tevh completed my service and did not alert anyone. My car sat until the manager went to see what was taking so long.
I go here often, and they do quick work at a reasonable price. And recently, when an error was made in pricing and service work, the store manager, Jon, immediately took care of it, along with an apology and compensation for my time and inconvenience. He has integrity, which is why I will continue to nice this Jiffy Lube my service.
