It is refreshing to know that there are still a few companies that completely care first and foremost for their customer.. I could not be any happier with the service that I have received on a purchase of My preowned hot tub. Although after setting it up, we realized that the control panel Was not working properly. They went over and beyond what was Expected after I purchased a preowned hot tub. Mike also came out to my house twice to resolve the issue. Mike also went out of his way to contact me after the work was finished just to check in with us. He also extended his phone number and told me to contact him anytime and he will take care of whatever issues may occur....read full review

These guys are the best from their customer service to sales to service. Special thanks to Mike! Always a professional. Able to schedule me an appointment quickly, arrive on time, and complete the quality work even in a heavy downpour. Always great communication! I received a call when he arrived and when he was done to let me know exactly what was done. Highly, highly recommended!
