Tega Cay has the best members and staff- everyone is having fun and working hard. Super motivating atmosphere- there are closer Burn Bootcamps to me but Tega Cay is worth the drive. Highly recommend camps coached by Manuela! Pushes you while making you laugh and has infectious joy/enthusiasm. Assistant Coach Amy is a BEAST and always a great motivator.
BBC Tega Cay is my home away from home I can barely believe I've been going there for eight years! It is one of the few things I have stuck with besides soccer The trainers are amazing, the people are the best and the workouts are always challenging! Many camp times, childcare and focus meetings... it doesn't get any better than this place
