Vivian was wonderful. She did a great job with our little Yorkie, Hercules. She was so easy to work with. And nice to not have to take him somewhere and he wasn’t exhausted for 24 hours as he usually is when we took him to the groomers - no waiting around. We have him on a regular schedule so one less thing to worry about. I highly recommend Vivian.
Vivian does the most beautiful work. She is prompt, patient, and knowledgeable. She comforts and encourages my pup as he’s adjusting to the process of being groomed and he is quickly becoming more comfortable with her and with the whole process. Having her here in our home has been such a blessing, and I’m sure it greatly affects his experience with grooming.
This was one of the best experiences I have had since moving to Charlotte last year. My poor cat had anxiety from the move and finally calmed down. I didn’t want to take her to a new vet, then not be able to go in with her just for a nail trim. This was quick, professional and just lovely. Will definitely call back for the next time. THANK YOU !!!!
