Our experience with Blink Facility Solutions — specifically with Thomas and Todd — was extremely disappointing from both a communication and execution standpoint.
Our facility is only about 5,000 square feet, yet even basic expectations weren’t met. When we followed up on simple issues such as restrooms not being stocked and trash left in common areas, there was no constructive dialogue. Instead, on Friday, their team abruptly dropped off our facility keys without notice, and today we received an email from Todd confirming that Blink was “stepping away” due to “confusion relating to scope, pricing, and staffing challenges.”
