I have been going to ULTA for a few months now trying to get into makeup in the months i’ve been going I haven’t gotten much help but that all changed yesterday with miss natalie she was sooo helpful and helped me with all my questions she even came back around to make sure I didn’t need help with anything else she showed me different options and showed me some products i’ve never heard of but she sold me on. ULTA please get more people like her she was happy to help and seemed like she really loved what she was doing and speaking about I will definitely be back and will ask for Nat EVERYTIME
A huge shoutout to Mr.Tim! There was a little bit of miscommunication with an employee and he fixed it immediately. He called me multiple times to check in on the situation and truly went above and beyond. I really appreciate him listening to my concerns, being consistent , kind hearted and understanding. He has EXCELLENT customer service and that’s very hard to come by these days.
Jules made a less than ideal experience with online customer service a 10/10 experience once I stepped foot into her store. She did not rest until my issue was resolved and responded with kindness to every obstacle we encountered. Thank you Jules!!!!!!
