Miss Lisa,did a really awesome job on my hair,I didn't know she worked there at great clips,we go way back,when she had her daddy's, barbershop,my husband also got his hair done,by someone else, she also, did an awesome job as well.

We checked in on the app, which is always a time saver. There was a 16 minute wait and we were across town. When we arrived, the wait had gone down and we were 2nd in line. As we sat and waited, I watched a few things. One of the stylists, who actually cut my son's hair, had ear buds in her ears and answered a phone call. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. I don't think anyone in a service industry should have ear buds in because as a patron, I feel that I do not have your complete attention.
