“I'm a seasoned fitness trainer since 2005 and also a competitive kickboxer I enjoy planet fittness I like walking into a non competitive environment it's a much needed break from my lifestyle allows me to reset however I think there is room for improvement in equipment like benches should not be Smith machine only also the no grunt policy I get it I understand it's point but it also presents danger for people like me trying to get thru an intensive workout not being able to push thru and breath loudly is vert dangerous it's OK to be inclusive up until it becomes a health and safety issue for example using dumbbells u may have to drop them esply if ur doing skull crushers there are alot of things right with planet fitness and only a few things that need to change great gym keep up the great work hey how about a planet crossfit!!!?“
