This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had. Erik is incredibly knowledgeable about his work and has a great passion for what he does!! If ever I have any problems with my computer I'm definitely coming to Total Technology LLC!! My laptop runs amazing now!!
The owner is amazing and extremely knowledgeable about how to fix a computer when it is hacked. He spent three to four times longer than expected because of all the issues with my computer, but only charged me the same original quote. He was so dedicated and determined to get it fixed right. I recommend the company highly!
