Worth every penny! I never leave reviews unless I wholeheartedly believe in a business and the service they provide. Alana here has become my go to girl for lashes and hair. I’m incredibly picky about both and they have never disappointed. They have a customer satisfaction guarantee, if you don’t like it, they’ll make it right. They hire the best and their customer service is incomparable. They will work with your crazy schedule and always take the time you need to make sure whatever service you’re there for is done to your liking. Today was my first visit. The skeptic that I am, I was sure that I was probably in for a better cut than usual, (I’ve experienced many failed attempts) but still not the perfect cut in my mind. Tara was so patient, attentive, and determined to make me happy and she did just that! It IS perfect! Finally!! I was certainly doubting Flotown, but found my spot.
