Recently found out about R & D’s. We drive an hour one way just for their services! We have used them twice already and will definitely return for all of our future needs! The staff are so polite, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the services they provide. Also, they are so efficient with turn around time! I was pressing my luck with one set I needed back quick and they made it happen!

Went to have my wedding dress altered a few days ago as it doesn't zip all the way. instead of offering solutions I was told to lose 10 lbs and it would fit. my wedding is in 2 months, I can't risk my dress not fitting. unbelievably disrespectful and rude to say to a prospective client.

My husband needed his suit altered, and they did a great job tailoring it. It fit perfectly. I’m giving them 3 stars because they kept putting back the pick up date. We got it to them a few days before he needed to wear it, which he just needed a half inch off the pants, and take an inch in on both sides of his suit jacket. We took it on a Monday if I’m not mistaken, and they said it would be ready by Thursday. We went on Thursday and they said give them till Friday, Friday came and they called and said pick it up on Saturday.
