Palmetto Heating and Cooling are the BEST! Friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. I like their professionalism and prompt response time as well. I would not call anyone else.
I just had this company to come service my heating & air unit. Phillip McKenzie was the technician and was extremely professional and personable. He was on time and did a thorough job. I feel so much safer and I will use this company again in the future when needed.They are local and respond quickly when they are contacted. Thanks Phillip job well done !
P H&A. They were quick to respond to my cry for help when I called them at 7:30 on a cold morning. I went out to visit with the friendly repair man and he explained what he was doing to my unit. I was most impressed that he searched until he found the problem rather than telling me I needed to replace the unit thereby possibly saving me 6-8 thousand for a new unit. Thank you Phillip and I will always ask for you if I need help.
