I wish I can give this place a negative so much that this "healthcare facility" should have stayed in Charleston if he was going to be a garbage place to seek medical help. Brace yourselves and avoid this facility at all costs.I do not usually associate myself with MUSC, especially now that I have income and health insurance. However, I have noticed a decline with the professionalism and the tacky and ratchet behavior displayed not just by non-leadership employees, but mostly the leadership. The employees at this facility act without decorum to the point of being verbally abusive towards you. There has been underlying racism with the "leadership" (I use this very loosely because everybody who have spoken to exception of a very few who have been nice and I will add some context with one of the fellow "Karens" or Non-Black "professionals" I have had the misfortune having a negative experience as follows): Michael McCann, DPM, AA (I have already reviewed him, go check out that review): Read my review under his profile on Google reviews from 2021. I am pretty sure they committed insurance fraud and that is why they quickly reimbursed me. He was horrible, cold, and had poor bedside manner. He came across like he did not want to be bothered when his main job is to look at foot and ankle issues. If he does not want to do his job, he should find something else outside of healthcare. Roberto A. Miranda, MD: I am disappointed in him because I saw him as one of the best physicians, however, when he sent me the letter posted May 15, 2023 and I did not receive until the Monday following, it took a back. We ended on mutual terms and there no indication the last time, around February/March 2023, when I left my appointment that he did not want me as a patient. Till this very day have yet to get an explanation as to why he discharged me as a patient. This is the first time that I had an experience where I could not even speak with the doctor or the nurse or an Office Manager with an ounce of sense or professionalism. Which leads me to the horrible Office Manager. He handled this whole situation poorly. If he had an issue, he should've manned up and told me through whoever with respect what the issue was and it could have resolved without this being blown out of proportion, but he chose the cowardly was that will get this facility investigated. I don't owe dime on a bill when he initiated the discharged. He lied about not prescribing certain medications, however, there's a lot I can say about him since I've seen plenty of his prescriptions and I know for a fact he does. So he is a liar and a coward.Alice, Dr. Miranda's Office Manager: I could go on and on about how ghetto, unprofessional, and nasty this Woman is. Every time I call she gives me nothing but attitude and is constantly in an angry defense mode. I have taken a lot of verbal abuse from her. She was the first he verbally abused me. It was so bad that she made me feel so uncomfortable, I told the other people in the office to talk to her because I did not want to talk to her directly. She even leaves voicemails with a disrespectful tone. It is amazing to me as to how she is not fired. I can see why people have strong feelings in the reviews about Dr. Miranda's front office. I am not the only the one who has had a negative experience with the front office staff. It because the Office Manager is, Alice is a nasty piece of work who treats me as the patient at the time awful. She has no business in the healthcare facility. Jodie Moore, Director Of Risk Management: What a nasty Woman who called and I am not sure as to why she would call me when she already had her mind made up and she said to the effect of, before I said anything, "Well, it seems like you are the one who is the problem." She already had her mind made up. I was on my 15 minute break and my job is very strict about that because if we go over that time, my directors and my manager will chastise me for it and I have to my paid time off which I
