Hot Nail offers a friendly atmosphere with a small staff consisting of a man and his wife. Customers appreciate the polite service, especially for waxing and nails. However, some reviews mention that the nail results were just okay and the service could be improved. Wait times can be long, with reports of two-hour waits and additional time for completion. Prices may be seen as a bit high by some customers.
The staff were friendly. It was only a man and his wife. They did my nails in a timely manner. I think my nails came out good but it still could have been done better. I think they're a bit overpriced, but that's my opinion.
I went to get my nails done and eyebrows waxed. The lady was very polite and did everything to make sure I was happy. I’m very pleased with the service I received!!Services: Waxing
The nails looked just OK and there was only 2 people working. I waited 2 hours to get in the chair and another 45minutes to complete my feet due to them having to run around. Ugh!?Services: Waxing
