They are very nice and helpful
Via my husband: So today, after we finally figured out her eye coverage (VSP via BCBS), we went to pick out glasses for our 2 year old. We knew we wanted Miraflex glasses (because they’re practically indestructible), but we were limited to three places in town that carries them and only one that accepted VSP. We arrive at the first place only to find out that while they accepted VSP, they didn’t accept that VSP plan. However, they let us try on some frames to pick out which ones we wanted and called another place to see if they accepted our plan and offered Miraflex. We were told they did, so we went, only to find out that they didn’t actually accept VSP. So off we went to the next, where we were told they 100% accepted the plan and could order them no problem. We get there and by this time, I’m a little pissed, Ayers is full on pissed, and Baron just wants to go home. I go in, describe the turmoil that we’ve been through only to find out that while they accepted VSP, they didn’t sell Miraflex and couldn’t order them. But y’all, these people were nothing but the BEST. They literally got on the phone and called EVERY vision place in town to see if they could find the combo we needed. After realizing that they couldn’t find anywhere, they called another vision place to see if they could order through them, walked out to the car several times to get Baron’s measurements because she was not having it and wanted to be home, and even readjusted my glasses so they don’t fall off of my head everytime I looked down. Anyway, I will only use Harrington Vision on Irby from here on out. The customer service that we received there was WAY above par and I recommend them to anyone and everyone. TL;DR: If you need glasses, go to Harrington on Irby. I’ve never dealt with anyone that has gone above and beyond like they did for us.
