I had the best experience during my appointment. The staff was extremely friendly and I love the conversation. I do see a lot of negative reviews and I do not understand why because they made me feel like I was a priority. I did came an hour early and she asked me if I wanted to sit in the waiting room or come back. I decided to wait and they were able to service me before my appointment @ 3:00p.m. I was done by 3:25 p.m. Again, the entire staff was AWESOME. Don't mind the negative reviews, just go see for yourself 👍🏿👍🏿
Fantastic and excellent eye doctor! I have no idea why there are negative reviews, been going here for years and have only had a wonderful experience and anyone else nice seen in there was having a good experience as well. Prices are the most reasonable and fair I have seen in my 20+ years of getting eye exams and buying glasses in various places and states. I feel like most of the people throwing shade on Google need to take up their complaints with their eye insurance and not take it out on the great people here! I have gotten excellent service and glasses for the last several years going here. I plan to return soon for a checkup, as you folks got my glasses PERFECT the first time on my last visit. Beats every other place for this I have been to in Florence and Darlington Counties.
