“I called to make an appointment and Caroline was able to fit me in the same day. When I arrived Caroline had the paperwork needed for me to fill out, she had already received the information from my insurance, so all was good. Jordan took me to the back and did the scans and tests and we chatted and laughed so hard it was just a wonderful experience. Reid came in to work up my chart and then was able to repair my broken glasses for me to use until new ones were in. Dr Lee did a thorough exam and made me very comfortable. Once I received the prescription Brittany helped me pick out my glasses and a great new pair of shades. Honestly, the entire time I was there I just felt like family! Thank you for all you do!“

“Doctor seemed thorough and is very nice. My kids (13m, 15f) liked him. Be prepared for an extended wait time. Waiting room is a harsh environment if you have sensory issues (lighting, TV, humming/background noise). Also, sign in the window "requiring masks" but isn't enforced. Will go back, but at least I'm prepared now knowing about the waiting room and wait times.“

“I managed to get a small piece of debris in my eye while mowing 1 of our pastures. It was the first time I have been unable to flush something from my eyes. I dealt with the problem for 2 days before I finally gave up and started searching for a professional to help me. My wife recommended Patterson Eye Associates because she has always received the best of care there. We went online that evening requesting an appointment. We were contacted the very next morning and told I could come in that afternoon. The paperwork for first time patient information took less than 5 minutes and I was in the examination room immediately. Dr. Patterson was able to remove the debris quickly and I suffered absolutely no discomfort. The total cost of the procedure was $50, even after I told them I didn't have insurance. After suffering through 2 days of dealing with the pain and blurred vision I would have paid them $500. I now know who to call if I ever have another emergency involving my eyes.“

“If you are here for Dr. Wallace then he is well worth the visit. All four of the actual Walmart employees in the vision center itself provided stellar customer service.“
