“The experience was great from start to finish. The Doctor and staff are kind and very efficient. I listened to the guy talk to another customer on the phone while I was checking out and he was very patient and kind on the phone.
I have been visiting here off and on for years. Something has positively changed for the better.
Keep doing what you are doing. It’s definitely working.
Thank you.”
“Great place to have your annual eye examination done. Dr. Balch a very thorough eye specialist. Staff are knowledgeable an insurance matter. Reasonably price for the top notch service you get. In my book, that is 5 Stars.”
“Dr. Joseph Ballard was amazing. He listened to all of my issues and was very helpful and caring. Hannah was awesome with helping me get into just the right contact lenses. Abbigale was fantastic in the optical shop. She went above and beyond in solving a problem I have had with glasses for decades. I could not have been more happy with the care I received at this office.”
