Cody was extremely quick to respond & get us on his calendar after we had a serious pet urine issue. He came out within days & while here he treated the pet stain areas & we had him clean all of the carpets downstairs. He & his family were the ultimate professionals, kind, respectful & hard workers. When we needed a second pet urine treatment (it was a bad situation), he offered to come out at no charge to re-treat. The re-treat was more extensive than we anticipated, so we did pay him some additional to cover the cost. Now, we have zero urine smell in that area & all of our carpets are like new! Thanks Cody!!
I’m late posting this review but I wanted to make sure about some stains that NO ONE had gotten up UNTIL Cody came and cleaned, well, basically most of my 3600 sq ft house. He, Cody was fantastic. The cleaning was superb. Stains from a previous owner came out and these were stains we thought we’d have to live with but no more! Cody also cleaned a couch along with and area rug, with three bedrooms. This was right before a party and people staying the night. After Cody’s fine job a cleaning company came in the next day and I was proud to show off my home from top to bottom. Thanks Cody, I’ll call you in the future.
I can’t believe the results we got from the cleaning process that was used. They are a very professional and friendly. I scheduled another cleaning for six months from now and would highly recommend that you use this service.
