Angela didn't have the hair dye she promised to have to actually get my hair blond on top and she totally messed up on my cut. Worse haircut experience of my life. I had to threaten to blast the video of my haircut on Facebook and she refunded me by cash app right away...she's lucky I don't blast her out on Facebook but a bad Google review and a call to the salon owner will suffice.

I went one time. I forgot to get a card from the lady that cut and highlighted my hair. I have called the main number here at least 6 times and left a message. I have never received one call back. I give up. I’m going to another Salon that answers the phone.

I would like to reply to a comment that was left about me 10montgs ago. After attending a continuing education course of 8 hours on a Sunday that I paid for to learn knew knowledge to better my career, they brought up that sometimes in your career you will come across a customer who you may not be able to please & to stand up for yourself when it's right . I've decided to do just that . This terrible & negative comment was made by my childhood best friends mother . She has always been very concerned about her outward appearance & hair always looks great . She had spent over $500.00 to a salon in Charleston & was supposed to receive hair extensions & color . I received a phone call after 8:00p.m. On a Friday night frantically upset about not being able to go out in public bc of the bad job , I thought long & hard on whether to help bc of knowing how things have gone in the past but being very caring I did . I went over to her house & looked at her hair & then took her with me to get her knew hair & color . I fixed her hair after spending over 4hours at her house . After 11:00 p.m. I left & she was very happy with the results . I have plenty of pictures of the results . After 4 weeks she needed color . I made accommodations bc she doesn't feel comfortable being in the public . I stayed after work on a Friday & she never showed up for the appointment. Then again I gave her one more appointment she came & received a service which she was very satisfied with . We talked ab personal things bc like I shared , her daughter & I have been friends for over 20 years . I am not sure what dr or nurse who was brought up in the negative review nor did I gossip . I certainly never missed a appointment that was the other way around . I always call my clients if sicknesses comes up with my family or myself . I've been a hairdresser for over 15 years & have never had a client post a negative comment on public media . I know my reputation will speak for itself . But I felt inspired after attending this class to stand up for what is right . Also by all the missspelled words in that review I would assume it was written while under some sort of influence? I do apologize to anyone who had to read that but also keep in mind there were several other reviews on many businesses in Florence . Thank you & I appreciate all of my clients & for all the nice things people have taken the time to stop & post â˜ºï¸ God bless 💕

Appointments made and cancelled many times by Jerrilynn Blackburn hair stylist. She apparently does not need to work. Is more interested in her many visits to the beach. While doing my hair I had to listen to her gossip about so many people. According to her Dr Richardson's nurse was not very nice to her so she shared with me that her mother was to speak to him about this. Ok how old are we!!! Rediculis childish conversation. She also shared pictures with me of my boyfriends ex wife. Ok now that's really what I want to see. Not a nice word to say about anyone.
