Adam with A&A is amazing! My Daddy’s AC stopped working Saturday night and he came within an hour and found out what was wrong. The Supply House was closed on Sunday but he came in the rain and a power outage on Monday and took care of it. We are so thankful for Adam! He was professional, polite, and very informative. He was very responsive and gave updates when he was on the way to the house. Price was right too! We will definitely use A&A again and highly recommend! 10/10
We woke up to our unit not working and realized it was hotter in our house than the temperature outside. I called and Adam said he could be here within 2 hours which was great! He came out and found the issue. He showed what was wrong and was able to replace the part right then. Our unit is back up and running now! Service was great and fast, especially on short notice. Will definitely use them again for yearly maintenance.
Our AC went out in the midst of the July heat. After finding A&A highly recommended on a local mom's group page, I called Adam at 6:00pm and he came out that same evening! He was very responsive and gave updates when he was on the way to our house. He was very nice, honest, and was able to figure out what was wrong with our AC and fix it that same night. We didn't even go a full 24 hours without our air conditioning! 10/10 recommend!
