Our technician arrived on Sunday to replace our thermostat but unfortunately had the wrong unit. He returned a few days later, replaced the faulty unit and all is well. He was, on bith occasions courteous and friendly.
Young man who was about 23 was very well known and knowledgeable about his work. He helped me To understand how the system works, and he showed me how it could not be running as suburban Stated. Suburban.Gas was blaming it on Swift stating it was running meaning the system. After examining the system, it was not running. Made a phone call to Suburan Gas to let them know that I had a tech out here checking it out and he also let them know that it was not running. I requested a smaller gas tank and they said no, but I can get the next smallest one to the size I have now. I decline and I will be shopping around. This particular company Swift is the best. Very responsive and professional. I called after hours and Nathan came and did an outstanding job. He explained to me what he is doing and how it helps, and set up a follow up meeting for the morning.
