Such an awesome experience from the moment I walked in. This was my first time here. Ms Barbara W at the front desk was so kind, my intake nurse was compassionate, the xray tech Lea was excellent and a wonderful experience with nurse practitioner Kayla. So thankful I came here.

I have school-aged children so we come here frequently to get notes excusing them from school when they're sick, as well as my husband and I being seen when we need care quickly but can't get in with our PCP. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, especially with my autistic kiddo who freaks out over every little medical procedure. In the dozens of times we've been here we've only had a long wait one time, and it was during the height of flu season when many of the providers were sick; however, Ms. Cynthia from the front desk frequently updated the waiting room and even provided snacks and bottled water. Appreciated the care however the cost is outrageous even with insurance. My child was tested for RSV,COVID,Step and Flu…$860. Even though I have a $100 lab copay it was $175. Honestly would’ve been better to visit another urgent care with a set cash/lab test price. Total visit was $250

Staff was wonderful and caring… lower rating due to marked up prices for labs
