Our technician, Joshua, was great. He came out in a timely manner and diagnosed where our leak was coming from. He tried everything he could without being invasive first, unfortunately he had to cut into the drywall to get the repair done, however he made it super easy to repair. He was also very transparent with me and taught me a bit about plumbing for the future issues that I may run into.
I woke up this morning to find that I had no water in my house. I have a well, so I went outside to find that water was running from a severely cracked pvc pipe above ground. I called Meetze Plumbing and the extremely professional and friendly gentleman that came fixed the pipe, not to mention, stayed 40 minutes to make sure I had water. The customer service was beyond exceptional, and they were heaven sent. I appreciate everything they did to help me. I wish I could remember the technicians name, he was such a very nice guy. Thank you!
Meetze plumbing was great for us! I don’t live in the area but I desperately needed service at a rental property in Sumter county. They answered our call and dispatched Ben to help with our repair. We have an elderly client in the home. Our client raved about how kind and professional Ben was while on site. The repair was completely quickly and the pricing was also very fair.
