Has everything I need for a great workout - they welcome all. Tim (owner) is always available for advice and help. Amanda, one of the trainers, goes the extra mile. This place makes you feel like part of a community. No long term contract and you can work out anytime!
This is a great fitness center. It's so much better than the other options in the area. The gym has everything you need to train and it's open 24 hours. Tim the owner was awesome when I reached out about signing up. He made me feel very welcomed as a new member. Once you join you will want to stay.
Health Advantage is a quiet little gem of a gym in Northeast Columbia. I've been going to HA since sometime in 1993. The staff is the most capable I've ever experienced in dimness knowledge and guidance. I travel around the globe and I'm in many fitness centers every year and I've never seen a match with regard to staff knowledge and down to earth training guidance. The people that go to HA are respectful of each other and take pride in caring for equipment and watching out for each other. The equipment is no-nonsense effective and easy to use equipment. I train with a trainer and on my own. A+. If you're any age or sex and are serious about getting fit in a safe environment. This is it. Athletes, former athletes, first time gym people, anywhere in between....90 years old or 9. You will find them here.
