It is hard to find a cat groomer for my long haired cat, but they always do a great job. They see the cats before any dogs arrive and I appreciate the effort to keep the cats away from dogs. They charge half what my vet did for a sanitary trim and do a more thorough and better looking job. My only suggestion would be I wish there was a way to schedule online
Our Havanese, Lulu, has become a really awful chore to groom, so we tried Elgin Grooming just to see how she might behave for someone else. Stacy did a beautiful and very professional job on her. She even called 10 minutes before closing to tell me Lulu was not finished because of her difficult behavior. Stacy gave me the option of having her attempt to complete the grooming or just discontinue because of time and Lulu's distress. I asked her to just rely on her own judgment. She got my rotten girl beautifully finished and at a reasonable price. I am so very happy with their going way beyond the call of duty!
I have been coming here 3yrs, since I had my Jett. They are caring and sensitive towards his anxiety. They are very friendly and personable people. They don’t make you feel like just another number like the big stores.
