Friendly, helpful. I don't see issues from others posting about being rude or treating other skin colors/walks of life people different or poorly when I have been in the store, I am mixed Latin American and never had problems.

I operated a business for forty-eight years and understand that importance very well. Customers are greeted at the door with courtesy and respect. E&T is NOT a national chain hiring know-nothing kids who are only looking for a paycheck and have no inkling of the word "Service." The key word here is "Value." The expression, "Buy Local," is not just words, it has meaning.
