I love this jewel hidden in Elgin. I don't give many 5 star reviews but they definitely deserve one. when you walk in there, someone will help you. they walk with you to get your items. Friendly, helpful, great people. thy a red birch beer or others. it's a hardware store with a mom and pop feeling.
The staff is always very helpful! They will take you to whatever you need, then carry your stuff back to the register for you. John the owner has even offered to help me projects if I I need assistance. I will never shop big box again if I can. Shop local yall!
Small hardware store that carries everything u need. Staff friendly, knowledgeable. Prefer here than going to Cola or Camden Lowes, Home Depot, where finding help and what u need can be challenging.
