About E&T HARDWARE AND BUILDING SUPPLIES
E&T Hardware and Building Supplies is a hidden gem with a mom and pop feel. The friendly and helpful staff provide exceptional customer service, walking with customers to find items and carrying purchases to the register. They are knowledgeable and willing to assist with projects, making it a preferred choice over big box stores. Customers consistently praise the store for its superb, personal service and excellent selection of goods. As an independent operation, they understand the importance of customer satisfaction and value, greeting everyone with courtesy and respect. The staff is responsive, kind, and eager to help, even offering brief chainsaw safety tutorials for those purchasing chainsaws. While prices may be a little higher than big stores due to higher overhead, the quality stock and attentive service make it a trusted local destination.
Friendly, helpful. I don't see issues from others posting about being rude or treating other skin colors/walks of life people different or poorly when I have been in the store, I am mixed Latin American and never had problems.
E&T Hardware and Building offers superb, personal service and an excellent selection of goods. As an independent operation they realize the importance of customer service and satisfaction. I operated a business for forty-eight years and understand that importance very well. Customers are greeted at the door with courtesy and respect. E&T is NOT a national chain hiring know-nothing kids who are only looking for a paycheck and have no inkling of the word "Service." The key word here is "Value." The expression, "Buy Local," is not just words, it has meaning.
My husband, daughter, and I are currently staying with family in Lugoff due to the devastating toll Helene took on our hometown of Augusta. My husband purchased two chainsaws (one for us and one for my brother who is in the Augusta area) along with several cans for diesel and gas, and he was so impressed with how kind and helpful the staff was. Personally I love that you all do a brief chainsaw safety tutorial with those who purchase them! Thank you so much!
