This is my first home purchase. Having never gone through a home inspection I had to do some research. I filled out a few features from the house that would be inspected and shortly after received a few automated emails from various companies. John Dubose reached out to me personally which gave me the confidence to chose his services. I didn't expect the results to be as thorough as they were. Dubose was also the best quote i received. I know who will I'll call for the next home
