Our lower AC unit wasn’t working properly. We called Drawdy’s and Evan called us back in under an hour with an appointment. Evan came and had our unit fixed in 30 minutes with great customer service. Grateful for his help and our cool house!
Drawdy's Heating and A/C has the best prices in the game. Anytime you have any issues, they are johnny on the spot!
They are always reasonably priced and are there for your family! I always recommend them when it comes to to replace, repair, or to come out and solve your problem!
I had the pleasure of working with Drawdy's Heating and Air and I must tell you I was pleasantly surprised. I contacted their office in Elgin and there were two friendly lady's I enjoyed speaking to but I must tell you after they assisted me, Mr. Evan came out and evaluated the work he was also friendly and professional. He did not hesitate to assist me with installing an Ecobee thermastat after the work was finished. He did not have to do it as it was not part of my unit installation.
