Our lower AC unit wasn’t working properly. We called Drawdy’s and Evan called us back in under an hour with an appointment. Evan came and had our unit fixed in 30 minutes with great customer service. Grateful for his help and our cool house!
Drawdy's responded to me quickly (same day) for the services needed. When I called, Angie was very polite, prompt and professional on sending Russ out. He concluded that we needed a capacitator and he also did the maintenance on the unit on the spot. Russ checked everything and gave a thorough commentary about what was done. In summary, he made it happen! I highly recommend Drawdy's for your needs! A++ in my book!
I called and Joey came out the same day. He was fast and friendly. Our AC was out and got us back up and running. He also got us set up with routine maintenance so we should not have any further issues. We could not be more pleased. I hope we get Joey every time!
