Excellent communication paired with a knowledgeable solution. I would use again without hesitation. Had a small issue after install David showed up on time. If I could give 10 stars I would! This guy is a true tech...service after sale was top notch.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID! Had David out first because of a bad install with a bad weld of the line set. He fixed it and charged system back up! Had him out again with a failure of a mounting bracket to the fan motor on outside unit. He is very knowledgeable and knows his mini splits heat pumps better than anyone else I have ever talked to. His prices are very fair, always responsive and can't ask for a better hvac tech! Never had a single issue with communication or any service!! Very prompt and always on time as well! Thanks David for all your help, you were a lifesaver!! Don't call anyone else but him!!
I spent a lot of time checking reviews and recommendations before calling Shade Tree to service our 2 units. Dave responded in a short period of time and showed up when he said he would. He did a very thorough job and explained the process and results. His charge was reasonable and he wants to build a long-term relationship in taking care of HVAC needs.
