I do reviews for the worst companies and the best companies around. I do not know of another company that treats you like family. The IRS withheld my mom’s money for 5 years because I went to another business that was suppose to be awesome. But, Nothing was getting done. I went to Ingrid and she made sure we receive the money we were owed. I can’t say enough great things about her. She is absolutely awesome. She makes sure you get what is owed to you.

I attempted to file our taxes this year and that was a mistake! So we went and saw Derek who was recommended to us and boy did it make a significant difference! We saved thousands this year and correctly filed a return. Not only did he cut us a great deal, but he was quick, thorough, friendly, easy to work with, and gave us tips for this current year. We will be customers of Derek for years to come! The staff at Rapid-o were very pleasant!
