Dr. Vincent is an exceptional pediatrician. She is incredibly thorough, takes the time to address every concern, and never makes us feel rushed. Her bedside manner is outstanding and she is always kind, patient, and wonderful with our child. We always leave feeling heard, informed, and confident in the care our child is receiving. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. We absolutely adore Dr. Vincent and are so grateful to have her as our pediatrician. Highly recommend!
My girls have been going here for six years, Dr Hensley is the best Dr. hands-down! He has been caring for my daughters since she was born and she’ll be five in August. She was a preemie and he helped me through every scare and every moment that I didn’t know what to do and now she is a almost 5-year-old happy healthy, wonderful child due to his wonderful care over the years.! And all the Nurses are just absolutely sweetheart!
Overall, the care is okay, not award-winning by any means, but it is okay. Our doctor seems to be caring and generally interested in my kid's overall health but does give off a slightly judgemental attitude. The front desk staff is less than desirable. It is evident they (particularly the older Hispanic woman who feels the need to have the last word in every conversation) have gotten comfortable in their positions and could use a refresher course in customer service, especially in a medical setting. I don't see this practice being the place I keep my kids forever, but until I can find a better office in the Greenville area(hopefully soon), it will do. As previously stated,...read full review
