Overall, the care is okay, not award-winning by any means, but it is okay. Our doctor seems to be caring and generally interested in my kid's overall health but does give off a slightly judgemental attitude. The front desk staff is less than desirable. It is evident they (particularly the older Hispanic woman who feels the need to have the last word in every conversation) have gotten comfortable in their positions and could use a refresher course in customer service, especially in a medical setting. We absolutely love this office. I went here as a child, now my kids go and all of my nephews as well. My girls see Dr. Martin and Dr. Hensley. We’ve seen all of them during sick visits when needed since they work together asa whole practice to ensure kids can be seen even if it’s not with their primary provider.
Emily and both of the nurses we have seen especially the male nurse are absolutely awesome. My daughters have occasional anxiety and they really felt comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for all you do!
