Very professional environment the young lady summer that took care of me. The hygienist was absolutely wonderful and the Dentist himself was very kind and listened carefully to my concerns and then he took the time to address them so I was very happy with them.

Great experience for my first time visit with Cove. Maddie was my hygienist. She was friendly, informative and made sure I had a great experience. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't recommend this dental office. Although the front desk and the dentist seem to be kind people, something just didn't connect with me during my visit. There were big trash bags in the hall, and the restroom for guest trash was full and not emptied. I know you can't really control the guest restroom, but having someone check it ever so often is important to presentation, which leads me to my other concern. The dental tools were kept on a counter where other items like keys, pocket book would be placed for me this wasn't sanitary and a bad look. The hygienist was not personable at all and seemed ready to go. I choose to go back to my dentist 40+ minutes away from me because of these things. First impression matters and they underwhelmed.

I absolutely love my dental hygienist! Heather is wonderful and makes going to the dentist actually enjoyable. All of the staff are quite amazing! I am so glad I found this office.

I was a new patient ( never seen before) and needed to be seen on a Thursday with pain and as suspected, infection, and needed to be seen before the weekend. My former dentist couldn’t see me until the following Tuesday. Cove Dental worked me in hectic schedule - in spite of the fact the other 2 DMDs had a baby the day before!! Was seen by great staff ( Aubrey ) and Allison Fagan DMD in Easley office the following Monday am . Beautiful, state of the art Office and friendly, competent support staff. Scheduled return visit immediately and have been contacted twice by Aubrey to confirm appointment for a detailed treatment plan. Thank you all ! Delighted to be a new patient . I am having a lot of problems with my teeth and I don't smile anymore because of that. Years of neglect plus genetics plus having a fear of the dentist has really cost me my self confidence the last couple of years. I was looking for a dentist and my friend Jennifer works here and suggested I come in and give them a try. Everything about this office was great. The people are so nice,not judgemental and very knowledgeable. They made me very comfortable and that is saying a whole lot for me! We are working on a plan to get my teeth fixed to where I will be able to smile again one day. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a dentist to give them a try. I will be going back soon!

I'm a first time/new visit patient. My DH, Heather was outstanding! She told me every thing that she was going to do for my examination, and she made sure all my questions were answered. Great personality! Dr. Fagan came in after Heather finished her exam and taking x-rays. Dr. Fagan introduced herself, and followed up on the examination and x-rays Heather had completed. Dr. Fagan was very personable. She took her time, and explained everything about my exam and what they saw and provided me a detailed dental health plan-that included the insurance coverage and my out of pocket cost.

I want to say I had my first visit to Cove dental today. I was met by the dentist himself personally which was very cool. All of the staff was very cordial. My person that worked with me thru my exam was Denise and had very nice beside manner made my experience very nice. I'm glad I chose this dentist office.
