Can never answer the phone when called. Ended up driving down there to an empty salon with one employee who claimed they were with a client but they were completely empty and there's no way they gave someone service in under 20minutes

I have been going to Barbara at Downtown Dimensions since she opened the business many years ago. Wonderful atmosphere, great selection of products and best hairstylist/colorist/etc.
