Jim and Andrew were great! They were both excellent with communication, and explained what work needed to be done. As always, Tuck and Howell hires the best technicians who deliver great service. Highly recommend!
My wife called Tuck & Howell for us since we were experiencing some water pressure issues and we noticed a backyard faucet wasn't working. They were wonderful and got a technician out same day. Jim H. was great! Respectful, fast, and genuinely helpful. He showed my wife exactly what was going on, so she could explain it to me, too, which we always appreciate.
